Santinos Pizza and More in Topsail Island

I took my kids here after visiting the Sea Turtle Rescue Center and they absolutely loved it! The pizza was amazing and I only wish they were located closer to where we live in Durham. The pizza is made fresh once you order it so don't expect it to be out in five minutes. It does take time to make great pizza.

I literally got two bites of meat in a philly cheese steak. That being said the staff was amazing and removed it from our bill. My husbands food was great!

Amazing food and service. We arrived late Friday night for my birthday weekend and looked for a place that was open for a late dinner. We stumbled on Santino’s and I’m so glad we did. We split the lasagne entree and the portion size was more than enough for two. The service was very friendly and fast. Prices were quite good. We didn’t get the chance to try the pizza but many people around us had pizza and it looked delicious! We will definitely return next time we are in the area! Highly recommend Santino’s if your staying in Surf City!

Passable, we were hungry. It gets great reviews but we found it lacking in sauce and the crust did not have a flavor. Cheesy garlic bread was good.

Very good pizza! Also had the meatball parmesan sub served hot and delicious. Our waitress was very good and pleasant. Overall the place was clean. Our large party got there just as they opened and left before the got busy. NOTE: Call for a reservation with large parties.

Food was hot and fresh. The wait staff was informed and helpful. Certainly will make a frequent dinner spot.

Just had pizza & subs to go curbside and was very good. Call early on Fridays to avoid the weekend rush.

Food was delicious. We had a ton of leftovers as well. The portions were huge. The staff was also very friendly and helped carry out my order to the car. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town.

We had carry out and I don’t know what the pizza cost, but it tasted great! We had green pepper and ham, which was very yummy! And then a pepperoni, which looked great, but I didn’t try that one! The restaurant space wasn’t huge, so we were glad we did carry out!

Called and ordered take-out for our family of 7. They got it ready in an hour on a busy Sunday night. We picked it up and it was delicious!

Our family loves this place. The food and service is excellent. We ate there three times on our 1 week vacation. Great place for families with young children. We fell in love with our waitress. She was so accommodating with my grand kids needs!

This was absolutely amazing!!! It's a family owned business and the daughter of the family is who served us and boy she was so sweet! We adored her personality and smile! She got us our food on time and all correct and tasted amazing! The experience was great and we will definitely be coming back for more next year's visit!

This place is great! Not only is the food outstanding but the service is top notch! They accommodated our party even though they didn't really have the space to do so. We even caused them to stay late and nobody rushed us or indicated that they were ready for us to leave. We recommend: margherita pizza, pizza with cauliflower crust, and the salad.

Pleasantly surprised..for a pizza joint on the beach..took a risk and got linguine with clams, excellent.. perfectly cooked linguine with at least 20 steamers on top in a nice garlic broth... mom's pizza was excellent, well done as she asked, and yes, it does take time to cook good, fresh food. Talk to your dinner companions

This is the greatest place on surf city great food great staff and awesome seevice. Give em a try. You won't regret it

Pizza was great, but the service was off putting... We arrived at 8:30PM on a Fri night to a half full restaurant. Upon arrival we were greeted kindly but when were sat and met our waitress, we were told since it was near closing time that only pizza was available on the menu and nothing else. Note, their closing time is 9PM and at this point it was maybe 8:35 and not slow but not a line out the door. We enjoyed the pizza we ordered but left a little hungry still because we felt very unwelcome in general. We were rushed to order and leave. I would recommened ordering to go from this restaurant in the future.

Santino's Pizza and More, the name says it all. A very extensive menu. The restaurant was clean and inviting, the waitresses were very friendly and knowledgeable, make excellent recommendations, we will be back here again.

Great staff, great pizza, great wings, great everything! The value and flavor is WELL WORTH THE PRICE! I can't stress it enough. Even in the business of the evening she took the time to help me carry my order to my car. Delightful conversation with other patrons, this is what a small town joint should be like. Bringing people together. Way to go guys!

We had a great experience! Our order was ready for takeout in 15 minutes, and everything was very good! Their cannoli was definitely one of the better ones I've had. We will definitely be back when we're in the area again!

Great NY style pizza

Great place to get in out of the heat and enjoy some home made food. Known for their meatballs. The pizza was amazing if you like a thin crust.

New York style crust pizza. Pasta options, too. Will be happy to go back. License plates from many states on the wall. Friendly place with a hint of New York attitude: sign on the wall says, "If you can make the food faster, fill out an application."

Food was very good. Even though it's curbside pickup the staff was very friendly.

Can’t ask for a better Italian spot. Menu items are always consistent and the staff stays smiling and friendly. Do yourself a favor and stop by or place a pickup order. There’s truly something to be said of a family owned and operated establishment, they just make you feel at home. Hats off to these folks.

My family and I ordered several pizzas and some wings. Both were pretty good. I was SUPER impressed with how fast it was ready! We ordered at the same time on the same day we tried to order last year when the wait was going to be 2 hour hours. This years, we only had to wait 30 minutes for enough food to feed 10+ people.

This place is waaaay too small for the crowd. They need to expand. I personally was not impressed after all the good talk a out it. I had the supreme but my Don's was a chicken bacon ranch a d it was really good. The waitresses were very polite!! And service was great

This pizza 🍕 joint is terrific. Claims to bring Bronx, NY style pizza to Surf City, and the claim seems legit. If you order your pie by phone, it's ready in 20-25 minutes. Not bad! And the pizza is teriffic.

Some of the best food and service I’ve ever had (which is saying something) I wish I’d gotten the waitress’ name because she was phenomenal. I do know she has a cool tattoo of a cat looking out a window. Management, if you see this, please give her a raise. Large portions of excellent food and a huge selection. Definitely coming back before we leave.

Great food, great service and atmosphere

Delicious! Last year when we were on the island for vacation we ordered pizza from some place on the mainland and it was a huge disappointment. This year we tried Santino’s and it was amazing! We are huge fans of white pizza and theirs may be the best I’ve ever had. We will be back for sure!
